2017 Annual Dinner Meeting

Save the date for our Annual Dinner Meeting. Reception starts at 5:30 pm and dinner meeting at 6:30 pm on October 12th, 2017. This year’s dinner presentation will be about one of the more cutting-edge technologies in use today, High Pressure Processing chambers (HPP). This technology is used to essentially “crush” living organisms/pathogens to ensure the safe packaging of food.

Our speakers will be from design firm Stantec and Cornell University.
