(Annual Fee, based on gross sales of product processed in New York State)
| Up to $1 million = $330.00 |
$35- $60 million = $3500.00 |
| $1- $5 million = $660.00 |
$60- $100 million = $5200.00 |
| $5- $15 million = $1300.00 |
Over $100 million = $6600.00 |

$15- $35 million = $1900.00

No processing within New York State = $500.00 |
